We are a 94 unit co-op, centrally located in Richmond BC, with bus service at our doorstep.
Our co-op was built in 1982 through a programs funded by the federal government.
Our co-op has a community hall where we hold membership meetings and which is also available for members to rent for private functions at a nominal cost.
A new playground was installed last year for the younger children and for the older children we have a fenced in basketball/hockey/playing area.
About Co-operatives
What are they?There are many kinds of co-operatives: food co-ops, co-op daycares, credit unions, retail co-ops, worker co-ops and housing co-ops. Any group of people can form a co-operative.
Application Process
How to applyThe Granville Gardens Membership Committee interviews prospective families, usually three families for each vacancy, and makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors.

Review downloadable plansThere are both upper and lower apartments and all have their own entrance. Townhouses have carports but every unit has a free parking spot and extra free parking may be available.
