There are both upper and lower apartments and all have their own entrance. Townhouses have carports but every unit has a free parking spot and extra free parking may be available. Townhouses have plumbing for washer/dryers. The three and four bedroom townhouses have plumbing for an extra bathroom. The apartments cannot have wash/dryers but there are four laundry rooms with coin operated machines at a low cost. All units are able to install dishwashers. Each unit has either a back patio or a balcony.

The heating in the home is electric and members pay their own hydro. Members are expected to handle their own minor maintenance items and may submit a request for other maintenance work.
